Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges on food products once they have been opened or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

A refund or replacement may be considered if:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • You receive an incorrect item

To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos of the product and original packaging
  • Items must be unopened and unused

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary and typically take 7–14 working days, depending on the payment provider

Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched
  • Cancellation requests submitted before dispatch may be reviewed at our discretion
