Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges on food products once they have been opened or used.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
A refund or replacement may be considered if:
- The product arrives damaged
- You receive an incorrect item
To be eligible:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or videos of the product and original packaging
- Items must be unopened and unused
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing times may vary and typically take 7–14 working days, depending on the payment provider
Order Cancellations
- Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched
- Cancellation requests submitted before dispatch may be reviewed at our discretion
